Ex-servicemen: Service years + 3 years

TMC employees: up to 5 years

Educational Qualification for TMC Staff Nurse Vacancy 2025

General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) plus Diploma in Oncology Nursing

OR

Basic / Post Basic B.Sc. Nursing recognized by the Indian Nursing Council or State Nursing Council

Mandatory: Eligible for registration with INC/SNC

Experience: Minimum 1 year clinical experience in a 50-bedded hospital

Additional Requirement: Completed Hepatitis-B vaccination

Clinical experience before Post Basic B.Sc. will also be considered.

Location of Posting

Candidates can be posted at:

1. Tata Memorial Hospital (TMH), Parel, Mumbai

2. Advanced Centre for Treatment, Research & Education in Cancer (ACTREC), Kharghar, Navi Mumbai

Selected candidates can later be rotated to other TMC units including Varanasi, Vizag, Sangrur, Guwahati, Mullanpur, Muzaffarpur, etc., as per organizational needs.

TMC Nursing Officer Salary 2025

Selected candidates will get Level-7 pay scale with a basic pay of ₹44,900 per month.

Along with basic pay, DA, HRA, TA and other admissible allowances will be applicable as per TMC rules.

Approximate in-hand salary ranges between ₹65,000 – ₹70,000 per month.

Selection Process

The recruitment process for TMC Nursing Officer 2025 includes:

1. Written Examination - Objective/Subjective type questions based on nursing specialization.

2. Skill Test - Qualifying in nature.
