You need to have ANY ONE of the following qualifications:

  1. Option 1: XII Standard + Diploma in Nursing & Midwifery (3-year course) + valid 'A' grade registration from a Central/State Nursing Council + minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
  2. Option 2: B.Sc. (Nursing) + valid registration as a Nurse from a Central/State Nursing Council + minimum 1 year of hospital experience.
  3. Option 3: Nursing 'A' certificate + 3 years' experience in a Hospital.
  4. Option 4: Nursing assistant Class III & above from the Armed Forces + minimum 1 year of experience.

Salary and Job Nature

  1. Salary: The selected candidates will receive a consolidated pay of approximately Rs. 63,023/- per month. (This is based on a pre-revised Basic Pay of Rs. 19,830/- plus admissible DA) .
  2. Job Nature: Please note that this appointment is purely on a temporary (Adhoc / Locum) basis.


This job will not give you any claim for a regular or permanent appointment in the future.


The appointment will be for a maximum of 89 days at one time, and not more than 178 days in two consecutive terms.
